~ It’s NOT about Silence – and no we don’t close during a session unless patient care type requires we do so.
~ We do put people on notice that a session is in progress – but we’ll address questions and we do Ionic Foot Detoxes during most open hours. But the treatment space – your space – is private and all yours.
We’re shifting the concept of what you think of when you think of getting massage.
~ Our work specializes in therapy. This means that your session may not be silent meditation – or a serene escape in your day. We focus on healing issues with the body. While often we have the luxury of this being an escape for the mind as well – it is NOT the primary reason you or we are here.
~ If you are using your insurance – therapeutic work is REQUIRED. There must be a condition we are treating for your insurance to be billed. Outstanding Deductible etc must be paid at time of service
~ If you would like to have a private (Closed sign on the door) session – and have a mind escape to Omsho Zen, we’re happy to accommodate that at normal massage rates.
~ Acupuncture works the same way. Naturopathic is the exception – as to guarantee auditory privacy , the doctor may put up the private sign and close.
~ We want this to be a place of community – involved, relaxed but awake to all the potentials.

We work gently and diligently to create an atmosphere in which you can relax.  Therapists share their space and time with clients that we feel are the most important on the planet.

You're our patient.  You're our focus.  You need to be in charge of your care so if you have questions - ASK!
