Mount Rainier Experience
Many wonder at the collective "attraction" to mountains. For some it is a spiritual retreat for meditation, for others it is the awe in the beauty of the mountain with forests, wildflowers, waterfalls and babbling brooks. Some may sense the power of nature that was involved to create the mountain.
We are fortunate in that we have several mountain locations close to Seattle. Some were created in the uplift from the Sea bottom, other younger ones come from the Heart of the Earth (volcanic). In any case, a trip to any of several are worth spending a day exploring.
There are places we like to share which helps others understand some of the "hidden energy" which plays a part of the Crysalis Center owners daily lives. In our case, both Kate and Al Love Mt Rainier. We have journeyed there time and time again. Each trip brings something new.
In this case, you will be a part of a guided journey which opens many things for personal exploration. It keeps Kate and Al going back for more.
Journey to the Mountain
Workshop outline
During the Mt Rainier experience we will discuss/touch on many things that might be involved when participating in an energy workshop. We also want to insure that you have the chance to enjoy the awe and beauty of the Mountain.
Anchoring - anyone working with "energy" or participating in an "energy workshop" needs to understand that a firm anchor is what helps you return to normal. Understanding how to anchor or establish an anchor and then trigger personal commands to return to your anchor point is important.
Shielding - again when participating in an "energy workshop" there may be times that you might need to shield yourself from things that naturally occur, or other things that have intent. We will describe a method that should work for everyone.
Grounding - before any exploration into an "energy workshop" it is important that you are grounded. This removes excess energy that you may be carrying for whatever reason.
Discharge - methods to discharge other excess energy.
Safety - while participating in any "energy workshop" it is important that any participant be able to be able to express that something has taken them outside their "comfort zone." The first important thing is to establish a "key word" or "phrase" that will allow "everyone" to to anchor and return. Should the key word or phrase be invoked then insure that "everyone" is anchored and then grounded.
We realize that everyone experiences are not always immediately evident. Somethings take days, weeks or years to fully understand. Our goal is to bring you to Mt Rainier and allow you access to things which might never be seen. Feedback in the form of questions or the joint shared experinces is important. Jointly "we had an experience." We all contributed something to that experience, the intercommunications of the group helps everyone.
At this time as what is presented and conversation of others is "sensitive" we ask that you "not" bring a personal voice recording device. You could end up sharing ?private moments? that are the experiences of others. If your only means of journaling is audible and you have a recorder consideration might be made to allow for the privacy apart from the group. The downside of that is when others share experiences; you may miss something that aids in your own discovery or reawakening.
