Appointment and Payment Policies
Payment at time of service is required unless prepayment has been made or insurance coverage is in place (pre-approval required)
NSF Fee of $75 will be assessed to any NSF check payment. An NSF payment will result in future 'cash only' appointments
Reschedules:
- 48 hour advance notice requested - 24 hour minimum notice
- less than 24 hours notice means a 50% practitioner fee will be assessed unless your appointment is rescheduled at time of cancellation for a new appointment within 1 week time.
- Less than 8 hours notice will be assessed full fee. No fee if you reschedule your cancelled session is rescheduled immediately for within 1 week.
- No-Shows are still responsible for payment of their appointment time as that was reserved specifically for you.
For the comfort of all clients and their safety, children are not allowed to accompany you to any session. Please arrange for necessary childcare during your appointment.
