Using tall mix-jar add all ingredients and then frappe until almost smooth. Makes a wonderful hot day lunch!

Hand blender to crush ice to form ice smoothie. Add protein power if desired depending on days intake.

Use hand mixer till ice is ground. May have to invest in snow cone (ice crusher).
Serves 2 9oz (approx) fruit smoothies. Great to share on a hot afternoon of working on the deck.
