Treat them EXACTLY like bread. Just because they are low/no fat etc does not mean that you can have tons of them in a day!!! As they are man made, ground flour (even rye etc) (for me at least) they metabolised exactly like bread... into sugars.
So treat them with respect and limit their intake just like you would bread.
